Hi Fiona: Received my order yesterday and I am just thrilled!!! Your brushes are the best I have ever used (and believe me, I have every brush there is!) they seem to paint themselves. Also love the DVD-your style of painting is wonderful. Thank you again for such great materials. Mary Rose
THE CLASSIC ROUND
I am a traditional painter, trained in the traditional way using a simple round brush. I started off learning how to draw with a brush, so my brush needs a good fine point, and it needs to keep it. I also need my brush to hold a lot of moisture, so a natural brush is best for that and it needs to be a decent size. I need my brush to be responsive, to have enough 'bounce' so that I can control the stroke, and it needs to be feel well balanced in my hand when I use it. So I have had my favourite brush especially made for me. I love it, its called 'The Classic'
The Classic head is 0.9cms in diameter and 3cms long, it's made primarily from Squirrel hair with a very small amount of synthetic hair added for strength. The handle is high gloss black with a gold ferrule and a purple tip. It's gorgeous and soft, perfect for watercolour.

THE PYRAMID BRUSH
(Now available in natural hair or synthetic)
Please be aware this brush is unique to me and designed by me, anyone selling similar brushes is infringing my interlectual copyright. My brush has my name on it and no ones elses. Beware of rogue traders!
I also paint using watercolour Stroke techniques, (this is the brush used in my latest DVD) I need all the same qualities of my Classic brush but with the added advantage of a unique shaped head, this helps me to produce fabulous strokes not quite so simple to do with a Classic round. The Pyramid shaped head gives me a directional driving or steering capability, so convenient for Stroke work.
This brush has enormously increased my Stroke work techniques, its particularly good for flowers, leaf shapes and water.
The Pyramid head is 0.9cms on each of its three sides and 3.2cms long. The same as the Classic brush, its made primarily from Squirrel hair with a very small amount of synthetic hair added for strength. The handle is high gloss black with a gold ferrule and purple tip. It's gorgeous and soft, perfect for Stroke work.
The Golden Pyramid is the synthetic version of this brush ideal if you use acrylics or oils and available to purchase on line.

THE POINTERThis brush is my latest design, it is so much easier to use than a Rigger brush and is wonderful for detailed work and dropping in techniques. The outer part of the brush is the same Squirrel mix that is used for my other brushes but the inner point is 100% synthetic. I woundn't normally use a synthetic brush, but this has the advantage of having the resevoir capabilities of my natural haired brushes but the strength of a synthetic brush and therefor the ability to maintain a point. This means it wont wear out as quickly as a totally natural haired brush.
